Mr Brian Duffy
Brian has over 30 years experience in the service industry. Having served an initial 5 year apprenticeship with Turner Visuals Ltd, he spent a further 3 years as senior technician before being appointed Service Manager, a post he successfully filled for 20 years. During this period Brian has attended a number of training courses with many of the leading manufacturers of audio visual and photographic equipment to ensure that his product knowledge is continuously updated.

Mr Stephen Fry
Stephen has over 27 years in the service industry. Having also served an apprenticeship with Turner Visuals Ltd, followed by 10 years as workshop manager before spending time working in Australia, Upon his return he again joined Turners, this time as Senior Technician covering the full range of audio visual equipment repairs. Stephen is a Panasonic and Sanyo accredited technician.

With jointly almost 60 years experience Brian and Stephen provide Media Service Solutions with a Knowledge base covering a massive range of Audio Visual equipment.

In addition to covering most of the major manufacturers Media Service Solutions are also a Sanyo Approved Service Centre.
